Holes 13-18 should be made by you to fit your challenge best.
Official Rules of Protractor Golf
Adapted for use in two person tournaments
Both of the players tee off on a hole by estimating the angle and distance of their shots. The selections are made at the same time to create fairness in selecting the first angle and distance. These estimations must be recorded on the scoresheet before the actual shot is measured.
Tee-shots are then measured and drawn out from the tee-box.
If a player's ball has not reached the green, then that player must take another shot. Angles and distances must be estimated from the current lie of the ball.
NOTE: The direction of each shot is relative to the course, not the last shot. That is, 90° is always "due north" on the course.
Be careful! You will need to take shots of over 180 degrees! (Remember there are 360° in a full turn of the circle.)
Play ends when each player reaches the green.
Once the ball is on the green, measure the distance from the ball to the cup and compute the number of putts follows:
Distance to cup
Number of Putts
0 - .5 cm
0
.6 – 1.5 cm
1
More than 1.5 cm

Hazards:
Water = 2 stroke penalty. Play resumes from the point of entry.
Out of bounds or off paper = 1 stroke penalty. Play resumes from the point of exit.
Sand traps = 1 stroke penalty. Play continues from where the ball lies.
Trees: You can’t shoot over the trees. You must go around them. If you hit the trees, then you must take your next shot from the point of impact.
Your score for the hole is the number of shots and putts that you take plus any penalties from the hole.
You may not actually measure angles of distances before declaring your shot measures.
The winner is the person with the fewest number of strokes totaled over the entire course.
A course marshal shall oversee play to its fair and legal end as prescribed in the exhaustive PGA rulebook.
If in doubt, play shall be governed by the "fair and good fun" rule common to gameplay of all sorts.
